Recent Projects and Investments
Abdul Momen Group has been involved in a variety of projects and investments in recent years. Abdul Monem Limited, the only local construction company to work continuously since the start of the historic Padma Multipurpose Bridge project, has invested US $10 million in purchasing two machines from Germany and other advanced technology to ensure the bridge’s quality. AML has completed three out of five projects for the bridge, demonstrating its capabilities and efficiency for future major projects in the country.
Apart from the Padma Bridge Project, Abdul Monem Group has also been investing in the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy. They have set up a solar power plant in Sirajganj and are planning to build more in other parts of the country.
CSR Activities
Abdul Monem Limited believes in community development and has set up the Abdul Monem Foundation as its CSR section. The foundation has bestowed land of 52 acres for numerous charitable causes, including free education, an orphanage, relief efforts during national calamities, and free vitamins for pregnant mothers. AML always encourages its employees to tree plantation. The foundation also runs the “HANDS TO CHILDREN” initiative to prevent malnutrition in our children.
