Akij group has been involved in various CSR activities; especially during the crisis in Bangladesh. CSR activities of Akij Group in the healthcare sector include establishing hospitals under Ad-din Foundation that provide low-cost but quality health services to the people of several cities of Bangladesh. Particularly, the Ad-din hospitals have experts in the field of pregnancy, delivery of child, and mother care. Reportedly, the hospitals provide medicines of their own supply and charge at least 30K less than other regular hospitals do in the case of child delivery.
