Recent Ventures
Beximco’s recent ventures include the introduction of Direct-to-Home television service and the production of high-grade PPE products. The Beximco PPE Division produces internationally certified personal protective equipment for medical use. On the other hand, Beximco Communications Limited introduced the first “Direct-to-Home” (DTH) service in Bangladesh, providing a world-class television viewing experience with HD picture quality and clear sound.
CSR
In addition to its corporate success, Beximco Group actively contributes to society by supporting educational institutes and sports initiatives, showcasing its commitment to Bangladesh’s progress. It has always come forward during any national crisis. The group often donates food, clothing, medicine, funds, etc. directly to needy people or to national relief and welfare funds. Throughout the year, it organizes healthcare campaigns in different parts of Bangladesh to provide treatment or create awareness.
The group sponsors “Proyash,”, an organization dedicated to the comprehensive development of children with distinct educational needs. It also sponsors “Gono Sahajjo Songstha,” a foundation providing education to underprivileged individuals.
Beximco Group has also been a significant supporter of sports. In the event of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, Beximco officially sponsored the Bangladesh National Cricket Team. Besides, it proudly held the official title sponsorship for the FIFA friendly football match “Argentina Vs Nigeria”, which took place in September 2011.
